Also, Thursday will mark my unglorious return to Wushu practice with the UW peeps. I'm able to jog and run a bit, but the ankle isn't well enough for full out jumping and landing yet. I plan to work on fitness, flexibility, stances, basic kicks, and maybe some light forms until it's ready for jumping again. Looking forward to big soreness. | | |
